This is a class held via zoom on Sunday, June 21 from 7pm -10pmEST
Please be sure to get plenty of rest before class and drink water. Bring a pen and journal to document what you see and feel. You will be guided during an exercise to meet who your guide(s) are.
Be sure to arrive on time with your camera on. Anyone who does not have their camera on will be removed from the class and not issued a refund.
Create a sacred space for class, which may include incense, a clean space, and a comfortable seating area.
You may take a spiritual bath the day before or the day of to clear energy.
